I have been looking for a yoga work out that was intense, peaceful, calming and not trendy. I will look no more! This dvd has so many options. The instructor is very professional. She does the poses in silence to her own over-dubbing. I have and will recommend this to people.

I really like ths DVD. It is great for beginners and beyond. It gives enough verbal instruction to where you do not have to be looking at the tv at all times which is convenient. It gives you a good workout and relaxes you at the end.

The first few videos are a little too easy especially if you've taken classes elsewhere or have followed videos like P90x, but the complete workouts get a little more challenging since it focuses on vinyasa yoga which keeps you moving instead of having you do poses.

This DVD has nice variety and is well worth getting! I'm glad that I made this purchase.

This DVD is everything I expected and more! The instructions and demos are very simple and easy to follow. I like that the DVD teaches in levels of competance. It gives you something to work toward. I like the scenery and the instructors make each position attainable.
