In Barbie`s first movie, she comes to life as both Clara and the Sugarplum Fairy, in the Christmas tale THE NUTCRACKER. This beautiful and inspirational film tells the story using extremely life-like CGI animation. My kids love these movies! I was soooo happy to find the princess movies all in one set-- great value! The movies are very good. My 4 and 5 year old girls watch them over and over.

I keep asking myself WHY DID I BUY THEM because my 3 year old daughter watches them EVERYDAY! The good thing is that the music is beautiful, the songs are catchy, the characters' voices are great and that makes them bearable for me the 500th time I see them. For older kids they might be amusing, but I don't think I would recommend them that much, but they are great for younger girls! I was really impressed at how hard they worked at making them entertaining, funny, and teaching good things. They are worth it because my daughter is DELIGHTED with them, and I would recommend them to my friends, along with some earplugs for grownups, or they'll be singing the songs all day long (they are catchy!)
