  • Ball exercise book

    I have been going to physical therapy for a year for back and neck issues due to a genetic condition. I have progressed so well, and needed a new challenge. this book, and the book on BOSU ball exercises has given me many options to change up my routine for home PT and exercise. Some of these are fun to do...others very challenging. I take the book with me to PT, I pick a couple of new exercises, (or some of my fellow patients pick them as long as the PT approves them doing them) to do something new to the mix. We all learn something new, try a new exercise that may target a new muscle group, and have fun experimenting with it.

  • Balance on the Ball

    This is a great book for someone (like me) looking for excercises to do on the ball that would supplement other fitness activites. What I really liked is that the exercices are ranked in terms of difficulty, so you can progress along, or start at a higher level. Also, there a lists of complete routines based on difficulty. Great book!
