This is a fantastic video for people with back problems. It helps stretch all the muscles that can contribute to back problems. It's very gentle, as yoga is supposed to be, and I find that my sore back feels much better afterwards. I have chronic backpain and it really works for me. If I do this video (only 20 minutes) twice a week I have no backpain in the morning! This is better than pain medications and the chiropractor! It's not the most entertaining or exciting video I've ever seen but that's not the point. It's pretty short but not too short to see some benefit fairly quickly.
