Great book! Lots of information! Great pictures and examples of great yoga positions. If you have problems with your back this would be a good book to get!

Excellent book! Just what I was hoping for, it was clear, easy to follow, and possible to do at home on your own for the most part. The fact that it was written by a medical doctor who explained the benefits of each yoga move from a medical and exercise point of view was what we need more of in back care.
