This is by far the best book ever written.I first found it in the early 1960's and have read it more than a dozen times over the years. I own a leather bound edition, a gift from my wife. Whenever the world seems to not make sense, I reread it again.

Love this book and the preface included, it gave great insight into Ayn.

I received this book quickly. The price was good and the book is an interesting read. It will take a while to read and absorb the contents of the book, but I am pleased with the book and Overstock.com.

I don't want to ramble on about the story, just comment on the purchase. The book came in about 7-8 days and was in great condition. I was surprised at how small of a book it is, it is about the size of my hand with my fingers spread and the font size is 8 point at best. It's great for taking places and not being bulky but if you have bad vision I would not recommend this book at all. Oh and the story is awesome!

I was not sure how well I would like or understand the book; it was purchased primarily for a scholarship essay.

I read this book 45 years ago and was enthralled by it. However, this "anniversary" version had print to small to be readable.

Books I intend to re read......Outstanding reads which today I intend to recommend to a special friend. Everyone should be required to read Ayn Rand.

Excellent source of understanding modern issues within our society. Ms Ran was a clear thinker who tried and completely conveyed the issues that affect society within the pages of a very detailed and fiction collection of examples. The idea is to interpret what we face daily with traditional philosophy and logic. Very good for those looking to understand irrational behaviors in people and in ourselves.
