This movie is for anyone who believes in what America was built on. Individual achievement and entrepeneurship are shown for what they are...the building blocks of a nation. Colletivism is shown here for what it is, the destroyer of nations. The acting was spectactular and Ayn Rand's book is well played in this movie.

this movie was very true to my favorite book and so I recommend it, can't wait for part II.

Only two Ayn Rand's books made it to the screen(?) If you liked the Fountainhead you'll like this one as well.

Atlas Shrugged is a libertarian dream. Ayn Rand catches the spirit of the Human Being correctly. When people work in their own self interest, they have no choice but to bring others along. This is contrary to the view of the political left that says they want to do something in someone elses interest. That only destroys the human spirit of those being told they cannot help themselves. The only problem with the movie is that the story isn't complete. It is part one of a 3 part story the way Rand wrote the book. The rest of the story needs to be witnessed to understand the whole story. I can't wait until they produce the other 2 parts.
