This is the most comprehensive Syrian cookbook that I have come across. Although I have not yet tried any of the recipes, they all look delicious. Also, this book has beautiful pictures. I actually have it on my coffee table.
It's not a book I will likely leave on my kitchen counter, but it is a book that I will definitely use for the recipes.
