    • Must have cookbook

      This is not just a cookbook, though it is GREAT for that. He wittingly writes about how to cook, where to get ingredients, and advise on knives. The book breaks all the recipes down to make it more simple and gives advise to parts that you could mess-up easily. I have had it for a couple weeks now and have used 6 different recipes and they have all come out pretty good (limited by my abilities not the book). I am a beginning cook, and find it very helpful.

      My very favorite cook book. If you like Anthony Bourdain, you will love this! He very thoroughly explains everything so well that even if you've never made the dish, you'll do a good job on the first try. He uses his snarky comments throughout the book to make it a very entertaining book aside from the cooking. I absolutely suggest this book to all of my friends! Love it!
