I'm so glad that there is finally something that you can use to add weight to the Wii workout! It definately helps, but I wish there were additional weight limits that could be purchased.
The Wii Wrist and Ankle weights were a great value on Overstock.com. I paid much less than I would have in a regular store, and they shipped quickly. They probably aren't appropriate for children under 12, but are a great way to give an extra boost to your Wii work out. Heck, you can even use them when you're walking around your neighborhood too!
