Description:

A picture book adaptation of Alcott`s story, this tells the tale of an unintentionally strange Thanksgiving dinner prepared by the Bassett children. On the day before Thanksgiving, Ma and Pa Bassett rush off to help a sick neighbor, leaving their eldest son and daughter, Eph and Tilly in charge. When the next morning arrives and their parents have still not returned home, the children take it upon themselves to prepare a meal for the holiday.
