This is a wonderful book to assist me in preparing my 9 year old daughter for the body changes that she is going to experience. When she received it, she was so excited and could not put the book down. She had several questions about the information that she was reading which made it easy for me to answer. Now I feel confident that my daughter will be very knowledgeable about those changes that she will experience when becoming a teenager.
