I bought this book for my husband who is on a low sodium diet. He has used it so many times that the book automatically opens to his most used pages! Our favorite recipe is the oatmeal banana pancakes. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great resource for families serious about lowering salt intake. It has basic information for making your own low salt sauces and salad dressings. (Read your bottles if you don't think this is an issue!) Easy to read. Larger print. Well organized. Lots of ideas for meals. Easy to moderately easy recipes!
