    This book is great, it has tons of recipes that sound-and are - delicious. Especially for healthy recipes. Even my fiance, who mainly likes anything unhealthy for him, has enjoyed these finished products. It has tons of ideas, and measurements, substitutions and tips on how to make all your meals healthier.
