  I would not recommend this series of books if all are like the one I purchased. The grammar is terrible. One example is the use of the word quick when it should have been quickly. This was used numerous times throughout the book. Also, the phrase, Lucille was whispering to Sheldon secret, this is now it was written in the book. My 7 year old Grandson knew better than this. These are just two examples. I think I will send this book back to the printing company. Hopefully I can get an English Major too proof read it and mark all the things that are wrong with this book. What are they trying to teach our children? This is just appauling. The poor grammar took away from the story.

  The books were the ones my 6 year old grandson loves. At last I have a set for him to read to me at night. He loves them and they challenge his ability to read without frustrating him. Of course he can't read them all perfectly yet, but it won't be long! What a great price for a great product! Love it!!!!

  This book is perfect for my seven year old. As a first grader, he now loves to read and he just saw "The Lorax" - so it hits all points! Great price for a great price.

  My husband's aunt purchase this for us as a baby shower gift. When our daughter was 5 months, my husband started reading these book to her and she would sit and listen and look at the colorful pictures. Now, I am purchasing them for a friend for a baby shower gift.
