Another great read by Daniel Silva. From the restoration work by art restorer Gabriel Allon top the spy sequences and connections to the Vatican , Silva will grab your attention and hold it through to the last line of the book. You will not regret picking up this recently released book.

THE JUDAS STRAIN is an excellent read. Of course, the book has the usual blend of history and science - heavily dosed - yet masterfully interwoven with intrigue, well-developed characters and non-stop action. This time around, Rollins has thrown into the mix a cruise ship transformed into a floating hospital (quarantined) and science lab, cannibals, giant fluorescent squid, the threat of a worldwide pandemic, with both the good guys from Sigma and the baddies from - well, everywhere (and particularly evil) - after the sole survivor who seems to carry the secret to the cure. Did I mention cannibals? Oh yeah, said that. And . . . AND a cliffhanger! As one of our favorite Sigma operatives goes missing. What else would you expect from James Rollins? THE JUDAS STRAIN is a tug on your heartstrings, edge of your seat, dodge bullets and knives and boiling pots thrill ride. I loved it!

Have read the whole Templar series. Really enjoyed them and would recommend if you like historical data sprinkled in with modern day action.

I have every one of the Iris Johansen Eve Duncan series books that she has out currently, and am delighted to branch off with some of her characters into other mini-series. I am addicted!!! Can't put her books down!

I think my reviews are always the same for Preston & Childs, I am a big fan, and they never disappoint. This book was chock-a-block with information, introduced two new characters which I believe will add a whole new dynamic and many new stories. Agent Pendergast is always charismatic and now we have the two new guys that will provide excitement and mayhem, I hope!! The Nazi story is always good for a new twist and the location was a character in itself. This is a fantastic read, treat yourself to a rich dessert, a roaring fire, your fav beverage and enjoy!!
