I bought this game because I am a fan of the Tactics Ogre series, and I have a copy of the original game on the Playstation. I'll get the criticisms right out of the way; the three things I dislike about the game most are the music, the chariot tarot feature and the poorly written dialogue. In my opinion, the music was better in the original game, and it didn't get too much like the stereotypical RPG. The dialogue is VERY bland. I miss the colorful language because it doesn't sound like the people were living in the 12th century. Regarding the chariot tarot, I just feel like that is a way to cheat. Again, as a veteran of the series, that is just my opinion; however, it opens the game up to new players and gives them a chance to make up for their mistakes.
I did give the game a very good review though. The original developers made the game, and they are some of the best developers ever. My favorite thing about the game is that the class system does NOT place restrictions on militia me...
