Easy read, learned a few new things
The book reads more like chapters of thought verses step by step, so one can jump around chapters without worry. Harvey has great incite for the co-dependent woman on how to overcome those bad habits. Stand up for yourself and be strong. Remember you are in charge of you; and if you let someone take advantage of you it is your fault because you allowed it. You are not a victim. Be in charge of your own destiny.
