I was a kid when I first watched Anne of Green Gables in the 80's. It was one of those films that truly inspired me...The fact that I could find it for such a low price on Overstock was amazing, and even more uplifting was that I could get it in my mailbox within 3 days!! It was really a special treat to myself, and I am so extremely happy with my purchase.

Terrific collection - grew up with Anne of Green Gables since I was very young, and I loved each volume(especially the first). This was a great price too!

Just what I wanted. They were great. We went on a short vacation to Prince Edward Island and saw the musical-"Anne & Gilbert" in Summerside at the Jubilee theatre. My husband said that he never would have made any sence of the program without having seen the movie. This was fast & EZ. Thank You. Saw the trilogy for 3X the price on the island.

This set is beautifully done. It faithfully follows the beloved stories and is a must for anyone with young girls. (Even older girls, right up to senior citizens.) Megan Fallows is wonderful as Anne and the aunt and uncle are equally good. We all cried when the uncle died.. I can highly recommend this set.
