Low budget DVD
While the ocean noises are peaceful, this is definitely a low-budget DVD. At some points, the instructor's voice was even out of sync with the moves. As a yoga beginner, the explanations of some poses are helpful. However, I found this DVD to be unvaried and boring. I prefer the yoga DVDs that provide a more variety of poses (i.e. twisting poses, sitting posses, lunges, etc.). I previously ordered a yoga DVD for beginners produced by Crunch and I definitely prefer that.
