I have been on Michael Thurmond's six week body makeover and lost over 85 pounds on it. This is just a smaller shorter span of time, and you will see how the plan works very well if you stick to it. If you have a lot to lose, I'd recommend his six week body makeover, but if you just need to lose a few, and quick, this will do it.

This book was really helpful and letting me know what I should and should NOT be eating. Although the diet is really hard to follow it REALLY works if you can do it. It took me a couple days to get a full 6 days that I was faithful on the diet, but who's counting?

It works!
I purchased this paperback because I've tried almost every diet out there with moderate success. I went to Michael Thurmonds website and the package is costly. Buying this book on overstock was the best decision I could have made. I lost all the weight I wanted in such a short amount of time and the cost was minimal. The plan is easy to follow and the only exercise I did was walk. I started with walking a mile and then 3 miles. The only thing I had to get used to was eating so often. It works!!!!
