This is a great cookbook, but I would not suggest it for someone that is just starting to eat the Paleo way. There are so many ingredients to buy that are not so common and sometimes hard to find. Each recipe however that I have cooked out of it has been great! I probably should have started out with Paleo for Dummies.Read More
