    Did not like this book. Too many recipes that I would not eat, some too complicated and using ingredients unavailable in my area. Sold it at my yard sale.

  • Yummm!

    Just about everything in this book is delicious. The recipes are easy to make with "at hand" ingredients. Being on a low carb eating plan does not mean "diet" food and the author proves this with her comforting recipes. ALso, in the front of the book are excellent tips and information about the products used in the recipes. All of these recipes are good enough for your whole family.
