  • Outstanding cookbook

This book is an excellent, easy to use series of recipes providing a good variety of dishes. Everything I have made so far has been delicious with subtle flavors that give one a good introduction to Indian cooking. I have begun to us the blend of spices in a lot of other dishes also. I am extremely happy with the book.
