Good Book
This book is very helpful in motivating you to eat the right things and easy to follow if you put your own twist on it. I have not used any of the recipes because it is too much prep work for me, but you can tailor the diet to your lifestyle which is great.

5 Factor Diet WORKS!
I love this diet! Lost weight the 1st week and a dress size the second! Cheat days keep you on track, knowing you can treat yourself in a few days. Harley is a genius--my hero! I've tried so many diets and exercise programs without any luck--this plan worked for me!! Book is easy to read, informative and entertaining.
