I really wish this book was around when I was in my twenties. I am in my early 50's and will definitely take heed to the advice given. Well written and prepared and great, great insight and advice. You don't have to touch the fire to know that it will burn you. This is really a must read for anyone who sometimes forget what is important.

This book inspired me to be a better person, to worry less, to live life with more love for others and enjoying the things that bring me happiness. The book is very well written and I've bought two to give to friends.
