    • Banish Trouble Zones

      his dvd will really banish your trouble zones. The band give extra resistance to the exercises and the moves are unique, which makes doing it fun. The instructer is good, she is motivating without being irritating. I love how I can design my own workout and if I am short on time can do one or more depending on my schedule. This is a great addition to my collection and I highly recommend it!

    • Great Workout!

      The 10 Minute Solution: Tone Trouble Zones is a great workout dvd. It's fun and you get a good workout. I've only used it 3 or 4 times now and I can feel a difference. I have more energy, feel better!The workout band, is great and hasn't broke yet. The 10 minute programs are good for when you have little time.

    • Great Workout for the "attentionally challenged"!

      I loved the 10-minute format--Kept me focused without losing my attention or feeling overwhelmed. You can create your own workout (from 10-minutes to 50-minutes). Some movements are fast, like the warm-ups, but the band is easy to use. The instructor was informative and easy to watch. I would recommend to people on a tight schedule!

    • Love It!!!!

      I love these series of workouts. Mostly because it allows you to do the exercises in the manner that you want and as additions to other workouts. The exercises are challenging and innovative. I think I'm going to try some of them with hand held weights in addition to the band.

    • 10 Minute Solution: Tone Trouble Zones

      This DVD is divided into short pre-identified segments so that the viewer can choose to do some or all of the segments and the sequence of the segments. The instructor provides information as to the muscles that will be worked with each exercise. The viewer is encouraged to "do a few more". The band, that is provided with the DVD, makes the muscles work through each movement in both directions. I like the variety of the exercises. The instructor is easy to follow. It would be a good DVD to throw in the suitcase when traveling.
