10 Minute Solution always has the best instructors for their DVDs. Lara Hudson is no exception. Although, I've been working out to Pilates DVDs for some time, I enjoyed this one geared to beginners. I was happy to do all 5 segments: CORE BASICS, LOWER BODY BASICS, UPPER BODY BASICS, TOTAL BODY COMBO, and LONG & LIMBER STRETCH. In Core Basics, my favorite move was the do-able, modified teaser. Always a challenge/advanced move, I found confidence here. Lower Body Basics was tough still because of the bridge position, Upper Body Basics worked your shoulders and stabilization. Also, a highly effective tricep move and the plank (dolphin-on elbows). Long & Limber stretch did double duty as a wind down and a workout. One of my favorites of this year (2011).
