I have to admit I wasn't a big fan of Pilates. However, I like this 10-min Series and wanted to give this DVD a try. After working out for 30 minutes, I broke a sweat and I really liked it! Since it's programmable, I can just workout for 10 minutes or 50 minutes if times allows. I highly recommend this DVD to everyone!
WHAT a workout!! I love this DVD, it is fun and challening. I also love how you mix up your workouts and pick a differnt sequence everytime. Such a nice addition to your pilates collection, especially with the resistance band. It really makes every workout out that much more challenging.
The DVD would have been great had it included the pilates band it was supposed to include. Overstock.com was super in replacing the DVD with another DVD, however same problem, no band. My guess is they are all that way. I bought some at Walmart and it gives a great workout but the bands I bought do not appear to be as long as the one pictured so some of the moves are not able to be performed.
The workout is great for strengthening your core, maintaining flexibility, or increasing flexibility. Some exercises are more difficult than others. I feel great after doing them. You can also customize your routine. She does go fast but once you learn the exercises you can keep up just fine, but she also doesn't allow much time for stretching. Good value overall for the price.

I purchased this video along w/10 minute solutions for trouble zones in attempt to drop the remaining 8-10 pounds from my recent pregnancy. I am unable to get to the gym w/a newborn now and have been doing Pilates for about 10 years now. I liked the concept of Pilates w/a resistive band and have been doing the video for about a week now. I really enjoy it, the instructor is great and I really feel the impact of the band. It is challenging but not so much so that I would stop doing it, I felt a good soreness the day after. I would recommend it to anyone trying to get weight off and/or stay in shape w/out the use of weights.
