This mattress pad is nice enough and serves the purpose, but when I washed it for the first time before putting it on the mattress, the sheer material that forms around the sides of the mattress disconnected from the padding. I'm left with just the waterproof padding which I then let air dry. I placed that on the mattress and put a fitted sheet over it. The cover was washed in the bedding cycle along with new sheets. The sheets came out fine but the mattress pad was not intact. For something that will be washed frequently, the quality is not what it should be. My advice to buyers is to wash on delicate cycle.

I wouldn't recommend simply bcuz I'm not sure I agree w d water resistant part but if you just want to put a pad in d bed its ok
