great bedspread
I have looked for a long time for a bedspread for our queen bed. I didn't want a comforter set where a bedskirt was necessary. I wanted a bedspread that covered mattress and box spring and sideboards of the bed frame. This spread fits the bill perfectly. It does not go to the floor because we have an especially high mattress but that's okay with me. It's not too heavy but heavy enough for added warmth in the winter. It will be fine for summer use as well. It is sturdy and well constructed. The pattern even makes it easy to make the bed each day, lining up the edge of the pattern to the edges of the bed. It is well made, pretty, true to the color in the picture on the website, and large enough to generously cover both the bed and the pillows. At last I don't need to have pillow shams to make my bed look finished.

Better than Expected
I ordered the King size for my Cal King bed. This spread is huge and just as in the picture, drops down to the floor. It's softer than I expected. I usually buy cotton products only, never polyester, but this bedspread is very soft. Nice purchase.

Better than expected for the price!
This bedspread exceded my expectations! The color is perfect (I got the blue) and the quality is superb. I have a small dog and haven't noticed her nails messing up the stitching so far. I would highly recommend this if you like light bedding that doesn't get hot. I love how it fits on my queen bed as well.

Excellent buy!
I've used this bedspread for months before writing this review. The color came rich and has stayed that way through several washings. I have two cats and a Min Pin, so this had to be durable ... and it is! Withstood several washings without beading or fuzzing. The stitching has held in place. There are no stray strings or exposed sewing threads. Great buy!

Love the bedspread, want the shams
I, too, was looking for a bedspread for a guest room that looked elegant, but was comfortable. I am very happy with the bedspread. I bought the blue spread/full and the sizing is wonderful. I have tried desperately to find the pillow shams pictures with it, but have had no luck!

Well made, but........
I really liked the style and the stitching.......... BUT I ORDERED IT IN THE "PURPLE" which is actually NOT PURPLE, but more of a reddish-PLUM color..... And the SHAMS shown in the photo are NOT available.......... Overstock does not have them...... and it's probably impossible to order ANY SHAMS that will match the PLUM bedspread....... So, I had to send this item back to Overstock....... and I am a bit sad, because like I said, I really liked the stitching, but the spread just did not match anything else purple in my bedroom.......... Sad, but true.............

Disappointed
This is a beautiful bedspread but there is not a straight line on it!! All of the stitching is crooked and it shows when you try to line it up on the edges of the bed very disappointed ..the quality is awful you will be disappointed if you purchase the spread. I had to pay to return it I am not a happy shopper!!! -

Great Bedspread!
I love this bedspread. I ordered the purple one. It is holding up very well, and is very comfortable. It is light enough for summer use, and heavy enough that we can use it in the winter also with another blanket under it. I love the stitching on it, very beautiful. It runs big also. I ordered a Queen, we have a queen bed, but usually queen size doesn't fit right. This one sure does! No need for a bed skirt either. My only complaint would be that it doesn't come with pillow shams. It is difficult to find anything that matches, Atleast I haven't yet. Overall, a wonderful bedspread though.

Just as described
The bedspread is just as it was described on the web. It's lightweight and the color is very rich. I like the product, however, the only complaint I have is when it arrived it smelled like it had been stored away for awhile. Whenever I'd move it, lots of dust would come from it. I washed it, and now it's fine (and no shrinkage!).
