      I love these sheets! I've purchased flannel sheets in the past that started out nice and soft, but that ended up pilling to such an extent that they were no longer that way after a wash or two. I purchased the cal king set in blue, and am very impressed with the fact that they haven't pilled, and continue to retain their softness after several washings. I just ordered a second cal king set for our bed, and a queen set for the guest bed.....great product!

      They were called "luxury" and now I know why! Thick,snuggly and soft. Even though its Summer, I just had to try them. They are wonderful! I can't wait for the cooler nights. I'm going to hate getting out of bed this Winter.

    • Warning!!! These sheets "pill" like crazy!!!!

      After only 3 days, the bottom sheet pilled so badly, it took an hour to clean up the mess. These sheets are really comfortable, but they are definately NOT worth the price! You cab go elsewhere and buy flannel sheets for less than are higher quality and do not pill. I bought the amethyst and taupe sheets. Comfortable yes, but extremely messy and NOT worth the price. Thi is the 3rd review I've made for these sheet, but Overstock.com removes any negative posts. Let's seeh ow long this review stays up...

      These are the worse sheets ever. I have always bought luxury sheet s from Overstock and have never been disappointed. These flannel sheets are the worse quality. They bubble up forming little cotton balls and they shrink each time you wash them. They CAN'T fit deep pocket mattresses after one wash. I would never reccommend these sheets. Absolutely the worse item ever purchased from Overstock.

    • Ridiculously soft

      I had flannel sheets that I thought were soft. But I couldn't find them again, so I decided to try this. Holy moly. These are so soft and cuddly... they make getting out of bed even more difficult! They're warm, too. I took one of our other layers off the bed to compensate, and now it's perfect. I did not try the on the bed before washing, but they fit fine afterward. They came through the wash with no pilling, but a lot of lint, which I expected. I actually had to empty the link trap and run them through the dryer a second time. Given that our dryer is ancient, I wasn't surprised by that. I chose the brown. Judging from the color shown on my monitor, I expected a dark, espresso brown. But "Chocolate" was pretty accurate -- they're the color of a Hershey bar. Not what I wanted, but I'll live with it because they are otherwise so wonderful.

    • LOVE LOVE LOVE

      The best once I ever had. We don't have cold winter but I got prepared I bought the flannel sheets and mattress wormer. No need for the wormer - the sheets are just perfect. I wash them every week and put them back for the last 5 months. They are still as new - they did NOT shrink, did not loose the warmth, nothing. They are cozy worm but not hot, not heavy - just perfect.

    • Nice set but shrunk

      Washed it before use in cold with vinegar per some other reviewer's suggestion. It shed two handfulls of lint (in cold dryer) as I expected but the flat sheet shrunk over 1 foot lenght-wise (?!). I am still able to use it sideways, so not too terribly disappointed. Color (terracotta) is what it looks like onscreen. Overall - not bad for the money.

      these are, by far, the softest & warmest flannel sheets I've found. There is very little shrinkage or pilling- they are what I was shopping for in flannel sheets.

    • These are GREAT!

      I'm a picky shopper and searched for reasonably priced queen-size THICK flannel sheets. Got these, have washed them and used them and they are totally terrific. Nice and thick, soft, rich color (ours are blue). We're absolutely recommend them to other discriminating shoppers. Sleep well.
