I purchased this pillow for my son, who is very hard to please and he loves it. He has told me that when he's not using it, he lays it out across the head of the bed. Wish they offered extra pillowcases that one could purchase. Also, I would like to have been able to purchase dust mite cover for the pillow. This is the best price I have found on this pillow. When I bought this I was over 7 months pregnant and was looking for a long pillow to replace the six small pillows I was using to keep myself comfortable in bed. This pillow is big... but unfortunately, too bulky and rather uncomfortable to use. It takes up a lot of space in the bed, and if you "wrap it" around yourself you just feel trapped by it. If one likes to hug a pillow (alongside one's body) this one might fit the bill. Otherwise, buy something smaller, or do what I did and buy a 4" memory foam (mattress topper), which will cradle your body without the need to use a ton of pillows around you. Good luck!

I love this pillow, my only problem is that I will have to find someone to MAKE me a case for it. And it definately needs one. The fabric is a little scratchy. But, I can honestly say that with a nice cover (maybe from a high threadcount sheet or silk or satin fabric from the store) this pillow would be perfect. You don't even really need other pillows.

I would not buy this pillow again. The "pillowcase" is so rough it's like putting your face on a sandy towel. Ugh!

Although this is a comfortable body pillow it's not worth the money that you spend on the poor quality that you're given.

At almost seventy dollars this pillow should at least come with a pillowcase. You candt go into a store and buy a jumbo pillow case for this. I think you should hae included a pillowcase.

We are quite happy with this Body Pillow. I didnt really know how big this pillow was. It fits great on our king size bed. It would work well on a queen size also. I think that everyone will enjoy this pillow. The body pillow doesnt come with a pillow case. Other than that we have ben very happy. Thank You for your support and efforts.

A lot of people in this review complained about the pillowcase being scratchy and rough. It is not high quality material but it's okay to sleep on..not like it was made to seen like scouring pad quality. The case is okay, now the pillow quality inside is a different story completely. The pillow its self does not even have finished edges like a normal ( even CHEAP dollar store kind are better) pillow. The edges are sewn raw like the inside of the pillow should look...Very thin material and extremely cheap looking, almost transparent...The pillow looks like a very cheap cheap cheap thin, see through,dust bag like you would get if you bought a knock off purse. That is the best way I can explain it. I personally have seen this material in packing, used as material to keep items from being damaged. I am not thrilled with the quality. The pillow size was listed as 17"x103".... well I am 5'11" tall and I measued the pillow and the actual size that I receicved was 15"x98".... sad as being so tall I so needed that length ( actually even longer really). So the pillow does not even touch at my knees being tall with this size. You definately will not get what the picture shows unless you are 5' nothing. I think the price was high for the quality of the pillow & how it was made. I could have bought the materials and made this pillow with a nicer pillow case for under $20.00.... and that is using very very nice materials. Hope this helps, be guided accordingly on this one.
