I have viewed this spread for months and had to wait to buy it , due to it always being sold out. FINALLY!!!! I got it and it is beautiful, just what I was wanting. Does not need a bedskirt and covers mattress all the way to the bottom of our bed. My husband loves it, "NO FLOWERS" He has mentioned several times how much he likes how this spread looks and complements our small guest room. Made the right choice on my purchase of this spread! Material has slight sheen, which gives spread an ellegant look, and yet it is comfortable for hot summer nights in San Antonio. Very pleased with spread for now! I have not washed it yet! I give thumbs up to all buyers and my husband being pleased was really a nice reward!

True quality . King size fits a King bed and looks super. The shams are for regular size pillows and I personally prefer them.

The king size spread is light weight and drapes nicely. The color "thyme" is almost gray, not green, and has a sheen to it. Nice for summer. However, the 2 pillow shams are only standard size. Disappointed - really need another one to fill the width of the king size bed.

I just received this today and placed it on my queen sized bed, I wanted a spread that would cover each side of the bed plus the foot of the bed. Mission accomplished. It is a very pretty shade of green, sort of a light sage. There is a slight sheen to it but it is NOT overpowering. It does not look old fashioned at all, it looks very fresh. The only reason I am giving it four stars as a value: It is advertised as a three piece ensemble and there are no shams, just a bedspread. I will get in touch with customer care and see what happens. One can always get a few smalls pillows to dress it up. The King may come with shams but I ordered the queen as it was advertised as a three piece but only the spread arrived with no notice of more to come later. Overall I would buy this again even without the shams, it it large and quite pretty. It is hard to find nice bedspreads nowadays as everything seems to be duvet covers and such so if you are looking for a pretty bedspread that is beautiful and NOT old fashioned looking then this is for you.

I received my bedspread yesterday and it's just what I've been looking for, especially for New Orleans summers and ease of making the bed up. The color is as shown. There is a slight sheen, but not too much and the fabric does have a satin-like slipperyness. This is perfert for every day use and the shams and other pillows I already own could dress it up sufficiently. I love that it's not too heavy (coverlet weight) and comes almost to the floor (didn't need to change my dust ruffle). Works for me. The other reviews were on the mark and helped me decide to order it. Thanks ya'll.

The material is high quality and it is large enough for the huge mattress beds... Love it!

Our king bed has a thick pillow top mattress and the bedframe is quite tall. While I like the appearance of a comforter and dust ruffle most comforters don't fall far enough to cover the bottom of the mattress. Ordering this bedspread was my solution and it works well. The color is true to the picture; but the fabric is actually somewhat satiny (shiny) which doesn't match the picture. I would rather it be a 'matte' finish but I'm content to NOT see the mattress and the box spring.

This bedspread exceeded my expectations. It was quite Oversized, and buy purchasing a King for my Queen size extremely high bed, it eached the floor , eliminating the need for a bedskirt. It was satin and soft to the feel. Very luxurous. I would order it again, in a different color if available for another room.

This bedspread set is a great value and lovely too! The bedspread is very large and covers the mattress and box springs - looks great even without a "dust ruffle". The color is very nice and subtle. The quality is excellent. In short, a good buy and looks terrific!

I BOUGHT ONE FOR OUR RV, I LIKED IT SOOO MUCH I ORDERED ANOTHER FOR HOME. IT LOOKS VERY NICE ON THE BED, I AM MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THEM.

Having tried king size covers for a double bed with less than total satisfaction and tired of Chenille I was excited about this purchase and totally pleased......although the color selection was limited....the color was neutral enough to be "ok" in my bedroom

I ordered a king size and have a Calif. King, It fits perfectly . I realyy like it and would recommend it. So glad to find a bedspread that's washable. I ordered the Thyme and it is a very soft color.
