This comforter was purchased in Dec 2012 and by mid January began to see little 1 inch tears in the fabric in several areas. Closer inspection revealed some random stiching in field of comforter. Looks like manufacturing defect. fabric is only tearing in these areas exposing inner batting of comforter. Will be returning

This comfortable is so pretty; the picture simply cannot do it justice. It is puffy and nice, reverseable from loud bright side to navy solid color. The price as reasonable for the quality of this product, and one reason I choose it was it is machine washable. It is for my son, and his dog is on the bed sometimes; I wanted a washable one.
