This comforter is really soft and very warm
I am so pleased with the quality of this comforter set, which is much thicker and heavier than I expected. The top (red) layer is somewhat stiff, which helps keep its form, while the under layer is really soft and comfortable. The colors are vibrant and make a bold statement. This is not a flimsy comforter.

Looks nice but a little stiff.
This set certainly looks lovely but the comforter is very stiff and not very cosy for my young son. Even after washing it it is still not soft.

Total disappointment
This comforter is simply beautiful on the bed, but I washed it and all the color ran. I washed it in cold, as the label said. I even put in an entire box of "color catchers"....sheets made by Shout to capture stray color. All the white is now pink, and the color catcher sheets were blood red. Further, the material on top is like a canvas material; lovely, but attracts every piece of dust or pet hair floating through the air. The label clearly states do not take it to a dry cleaner, so that is not an option. If you can't wash a comforter, what good is it? It's now a dog bed for us. Bummer.

Very handsome but..
Very heavy, doesnt fit in my front loader to wash it. Red bleeds and the full/queen is way too BIG for a full. Feel like I waisted my money.

Bright red and perfect for boy's bedroom. Need to wash in cold water to preserve the color.

Twin comforter and sham are of good quality
I like the comforter and pillow sham. I got it for a twin bed. It is of good quality and was washed and the red did not run into the white. I would recommend this bedding set.

Looks great, but very heavy
Purchased for my 3 yr olds room. It looks great, however, the comforter is very very thick and heavy. Too heavy on my toddler, but we just fold it back before bedtime. In our climate we do not need it for warmth and I mainly purchased it for the looks when the bed is made.
