The Tommy website says this same sheet set is SATEEN. This site says they're percale, which I wanted. They pilled very quickly and we haven't been able to use them, not comfortable or what was advertised. Overstock did not answer me either, their email system is retarded. I was about to buy other stuff on here but I don't know anymore.Read More
The sheets were fine but did have a flaw in the print where one letter was missing from the "Hawaiian Islands" banner throughout the entire print. Other than that, there were fine.Read More
Bought these sheets to go with the Tommy Bahama Bed Spread. They look great together and are very comfortable.Read More
The sheets are not as soft as I would like them to be but nothing a few washings won't cure.Read More
The sheets were okay, but not the highest quality. They wrinkle easily and don't hold their shape which makes them difficult to fold. I would not buy them again.Read More
The print of the sheets was okay even though it didn't match the picture. The quality of the material was really bad. I purchased them because they were percale. They sure didn't seem like percale and started balling up with the first use. They also come out of the wash very wrinkled and would need to be ironed to look good. What a waste of money.Read More
I bought this sheet set because the colors were very close to the colors in my bedroom, and was sadly surprised to receive the sheets that looked little like the picture. Instead of a peachy color, the background is a cream with blue-gray print.Read More
Despite reading two reviews saying there was no hint of orange in these sheets, I ordered them anyway, thinking it was a fluke for the other writers. Alas, there is no tinge of orange or melon or coral. Orange is what makes this set desirable in the first place. The ad copy says "we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen." Well it seems everyones screen is showing the same thing!!! This is the worst color variation I have ever seen as an on-line and catalog shopper! I wonder if the other sheets pictured are really orange as shown and as named. I could've purchased a set depicted as beige by another company for $!@#$%. Very disappointed in Overstock. It seems they would want to do a color-correct on this item. I am returning mine. I cannot afford $89.99 for a color I do not like.Read More
Four stars because the product is percale, has a lovely hand. The color, although it was named Orange Cay, is not orange but tan. I am very disappointed.Read More

Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
