Generous sized to fit king size bed. Pet hair does not stick to it, like it does to satine or plush blankets. Launders well; no shrinkageRead More
This blanket is so light yet warm. It hangs around you and the bed comfortably and softly, unlike a stiff comforter. The teal color is wonderful, and I think I will get another and donate a couple of bulky comforters I accrued through the years.Read More
Just as promised and the other reviews were really helpfulRead More
Sheets are really thin - you can see through them in fact.Read More
This is such a nice blanket, perfect weight to keep you warm if its cold or just chilly. It's soft and comfy too. I Love it !!Read More
I was looking for a bedspread/blanket that would be easy to shake off loose dog fur, since I own a Golden and a Scottie who occupy our king sized bed with or without us being in it. This item is smooth, sturdy, beautiful and REVERSIBLE which was a great surprise. My only concern is that it is so heavy duty and large that I might not be able to throw it in my regular washing machine without overloading it. We will see...but it STAYS on the bed nicely and is wonderfully comfortable. Not too heavy for my sensitive feet.Read More
Finally, a full-coverage king-size spread that reaches all the way down all sides of the bed! It is a light-weight coverlet -- not for keeping warm, it's for top dressing the bed with a clean, smooth look. The dark teal blue color was chosen since our doggies jump on the bed. Easy to wash.Read More
The blanket is more than I expected. It's bigger and I love the sateen look! Highly recommend it; I ordered a king size and it fits perfectly.Read More
I didn't have high expectations for the price, but this blanket is well made and generously sized with plenty of overhang on our deep king mattress. I washed it before using and followed the care instructions on the tag. It washed beautifully - no shrinkage. I initially ordered the Trooper color, and have ordered a second in Cadet. As others have commented, our dogs like to lay on our bed more than their own and their fur doesn't seem to cling to this fabric as it has to most quilts that we've owned. It is a great weight which will get year round use in our moderate climate.Read More
Great cover for the animals. Washable and the hair does not "stick" so much.Read More

Which color is shown on the bed?
Thank you for your question on this beautiful blanket. The 'trooper' color option is shown on the bed.
Is trooper a pure grey or does it have a blue hue to it? can't figure out if its just slate is lighter gray and trooper is darker gray or if trooper is actually a shade of blue.
Thank you for your interest. "Trooper" is gray with a hint of blue. Please feel free to contact us again with any further questions.
FAQs about Sateen Sheets
Sateen sheets are high-quality sheets woven in the same way as traditional satin. Unlike satin, sateen sheets are made with more common fibers, such as cotton. Sateen sheets are soft to the touch and allow skin to slide smoothly into bed. Sateen sheets are available in very high thread counts, and as such, are quite durable. Take a look below for some of the most frequently asked questions about sateen sheets.
Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
