Before you buy, however, make sure the measurements given are not going to put your head up high enough to take your head out of alignment and keep those headaches coming. I used mine one night and the headaches are back. The bean and lavender hot neck wrap works exactly as I want. I do like the pillow's construction, and ease of use. I think that i will give it to my son-in-law who has a snoring problem....my daughter will be very grateful. The three rating is my opinion. The pillow would work well for someone else who has a longer distance between head and neck.
