I bought this for a tween's room. The comforter isn't very heavy but softer than most polyester sets. It's definitely worth the money-if it lasts for the winter I will be pleased...she loves it...not quite my style but we're going for a funky animal print/rainbow dream room.

Nice and light. Great to brighten up the room when my company comes for spring break. The yellow is brighter then I expected. Love the little pillow it comes with it..

It is a lightweight material that has a polyester/nylon feel to the outside and a bit softer on the inside. It's a cute pattern but it does have skulls, which some Moms don't like.

I had serious qualms about ordering a non-100% cotton quilt, but this item was so well-reviewed that I took a chance. Absolutely no regrets. It doesn't feel polyester-y at all, and likely will not fade as much as the cotton quilt it replaces. I highly recommend it.

I much like this set. The colors are vibrant and the pattern is pretty. It is made of sturdy material and washes very well. Great buy!

Very soft polyester blend... Love the colors and the styling. I have no washed them but the stiching seems to be tight and straight.

Got this for our elementary age son when moving him to a new room. We'd painted the walls a light grey even before ordering this coverlet set, and the grey in the coverlet ended up matching perfectly. The red, blues, grey, and white in this coverlet are great together and the block patchwork are masculine without being overbearing. It is 100% polyester, but it's a matte (v. sheen) almost microfiber like softness. It lays well on the bed and looks very nice. We got the full/queen for a full bed and there is ample overhang on the sides, though not as much as in the stock photo. Appreciate a throw pillow was included. Only reason not giving a 5-star review is unknown durability, and there were some loose threads that needed to be picked off or cut. Would recommend and buy again.

I ordered this set for my spare bedroom and am very happy with it. The colors are very true to the pictures. I like the size, it hangs down far enough over the sides of the bed, unlike other quilts and comforters that I have purchased. Overall, great quality for the price!

Great product. I just wish it was "made in America."

This bedding was purchased for my 9 yr old and she does LOVE it! For a child it's a cool looking pattern and she doesn't mind the poor sheet quality. However as an adult, I hate that the pattern is only printed on one side of the sheets, the smell of the sheets was enough to kill right out of the box but came out in the wash, The sheets are polyester and just very thin and not "comfy" at all. It's a pretty expensive set for the quality. But if you are not going to sleep on them - and simply want to make your little girl's day, these fit the bill.

Nice light-weight quilt with shams and matching accent pillow. Quality was very good for the price and picture seems accurate in terms of quilt colors. Our walls are grey and this quilt was a perfect accent for the room. Have not yet washed the quilt, but it appears to be another good value from Overstock!

We love the color combinations in this set. Normally yellow is not on the top of my list. With the grey and white it just works perfectly. It gives the room a sense of whimsy and comfort at the same time. The shape of the quilt is odd. One would expect the stitching on the quilt to run top to bottom, but for this to fit a thick mattress properly, it has to be turned so that the stitching runs across the bed. It is beautiful and inexpensive enough to put in our rental condo. Very pleased so far!

I love this set and bought it for the summer to cheer my room up after the last cold winter. It has definitely achieved what I wanted -a sunny cheerful bedroom. It is also just enough for the summer without being too heavy.

I bought a twin size for my tween's room makeover and she was very pleased! The lime green and aqua together fit her color scheme perfectly. The colors in the photo are very accurate. It is also, very soft and comfy and fits her twin bed nicely.

This is such a decadent bead spread. I live the softness and the weight is perfect for snuggling into! The colors are beautiful and I am looking forward to accenting the room to compliment it. The whole experience was positive, fast delivery and safely arrived to my front door!

This comforter arrived and I was not impressed. The material was a cheapish polyester and the yellow color was super bright and a yellow- orange base tone it was very very bright and did not look like the picture!

We bought this comforter set to update our daughters' bedroom. They are very pleased! The colors are true to the picture and add vibrant color to their room. The material is 100% polyester but is fairly soft, not scratchy. The weight of the comforter is medium to light weight. We will probably add a blanket underneath for winter, but it is a nice year round weight. The throw pillows are cute, just as pictured.

This quilt is gorgeous. the pictures do not do the colors justice. The yellow is very vibrant. The quilt is very lightweight so will need to be used with another blanket, however I expected that in reading previous reviews. You will not be disappointed in the quality for the value price of this set. Shams and accent pillows are very nice as well.

One bedding item that's essential in every bedroom is the blanket. Blankets are manufactured in a wide array of styles and fabrics, each with their own unique characteristics. Because there are so many different types, it's natural that you may have questions arise when you're looking for the perfect blanket. Take a look below to find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about blankets.
Warm and incredibly soft, down comforters are the height of luxurious bedding. Like all other bedding, down comforters can range from inexpensive to costly. The proof is in the filling. Inexpensive down comforters are filled with a combination of down and polyester or down and feathers. The best down comforters, which are usually also the most expensive, are full of pure, thick down. Take a look below to learn the best fills for down comforters. Hungarian goose down: Hungarian goose down is considered the most luxurious type of down. These extreme cold-weather birds have very thick, almost odorless tufts of down at the base of their feathers. This heavy, long-lasting down is most often used in comforters with a fill rating of 800, which means they can keep a person warm even in cold conditions. Eiderdown: Eiderdown is harvested by hand from the abandoned nests of Eider ducks, which pluck the down from their own backs and use it to cover their eggs. Eider ducks live in cold climates, so their down is thick and heavy. It is used in high-quality comforters with a fill rating of between 700 and 800. Eider duck down is the only type of duck down used in high-quality comforters. All other duck down is usually considered too smelly (and some duck down has tiny barbs) and is used in much less expensive comforters. Grey and white goose down: Grey goose down is used in dark comforters due it its grey color, but it is the same as white goose down in all other ways. Grey and white goose down, which is usually harvested from European or Chinese geese, is the most popular type of down used in middle-price-range pure down comforters. These comforters usually have a fill rating of 600 and above. Hypodown: Hypodown is a mixture of white goose down and milkweed. This all-natural filling is hypoallergenic and much more durable than pure down comforters. While pure down is still considered to be the preferable fill for comforters by most people, hypodown is gaining popularity with consumers who want a longer lasting product without synthetic fills.
