This product picture misrepresents the quality of the materials used. It looks very high end but the material used was very dull and not of the high quality the picture would lead you to believe. The brown side is not even quilted, but is advertised as reversable. I kept it anyway for a spare bedroom instead of using it for my own. The price was low enough and not worth shipping back and it will do what it is designed to do, keep you warm but not nice enough for a master bedroom.

This is a very nice quilt. Unfortunately for me, the color just did not match my other bedding so I had to send it back. I ordered it in the king for my queen bed for two reasons: 1) I had two king shams and it can sometimes be difficult to find those. 2) I often find that after several washings, quilts like this shrink and I like to have some extra material for my bed. The size was nice for my queen, actually (a little long on the sides but not too long (for me at least)). The color was pretty and I liked the material. It is just that the color was more of a burnt, rusty, brick red which clashed with my other cherry red bedding. I wish it would have worked because it was very nice.

I was very disappointed in the overall look of this coverlet. The colors look washed out and it looks like a quilt I would used to cover furniture when I was moving.

I love the size, color, and pattern on this quilt. It was a good value for the money, but comes out of the bag really stiff.... LOTS of starch in the fabric. It took four washings to get all of the starch out. It came out of the first wash covered in white starch residue, and the color had already faded. It didn't even fade evenly, there are some spots that really stand out, especially on the brown side... as can't even display the brown side... I have to make sure that my sheets cover it when I fold back the covers on my made bed. That being said, it is pretty soft, it is nice and light weight and large... plenty large for cover-hogging me and my fiance, and the pattern is far more beautiful than the images let on... just find a way to wash the starch out without letting the color fade, or sleep with a stiff quilt. By the way, other people have commented on the color... it is more of a rusty red than a fire engine red, but it looked like that on my computer screen and it was exactly what I wanted.

This quilt covering is well made and the colors are o.k. The brown is true, the red is more brick red than cherry red. It is completely functional, but does not have all of the pizzaz I wanted. I did have to buy something that was machine washable and I think that his will wash o.k. Our son has 3 Aussies and a German Shepherd that come in at night and will certainly be found on the bed one time or another, so if this holds up to them it will be a good buy. It is too early to know just yet. The set is still in its wrapping. .

I like the look of this Quilt. It is on the heavy side which is good for me but if you are looking for something a bit heavier than a blanket, this is not it. The color is great - a true burgundy on one side and chocolate brown on the other. I gave it three stars as I have had to wash it all ready three times (I have animals) and the stitching on the side is all ready coming undone and there is a bit of color fading as well. For the price that is no big deal but I would expect it to take a few more washings than that to start to show wear and tear.

It took about a week for us to get the quilt (and the shams), which was expected. The picture on overstock is spot on in terms of the color. It was exactly what we wanted and overall we are pleased w/it. This is my first quilt so I am not sure if it's standard for cleaning quilts but it cannot go in the dryer, must be air-dried.

I purchased this quilt set based on the color thinking the deep red and dark brown were a perfect match. Unfortunately, the actual colors are different than they appear in the photo (as mentioned in other reviews). The red side is more of an reddish-orange and the brown side is more of a washed out brown than a dark brown - definitely earth tones. I returned the set based solely on the color.

We received this and as someone else posted, it doesn't match the color exactly in the picture. It is more red in color which isn't what we wanted. The price was so good and the quilt itself is nice that we choose to keep it. If you are looking at the picture and want that very specific color, don't buy this as you'll get red. But for comfort and value- can't beat it!

A great comforter. A little pricey for 2 shams and a comforter, but I don't regret the purchase. The color is very close to what you see online and the fabric is very comfortable.

I purchased this quilt because I liked the look of it online and thought it would look good in my bedroom. It turned out to be more reddish than I expected. I guess you can't always tell what color something is by seeing it online. I don't think the quality of the stitching is very good but I ended up keeping it because for the price it's good enough. It's comfortable and warm and serves it's purpose.

I wanted a solid color and had already placed an order for another quilt along with this one. ( Edens' Garden). We decided living in deep south TX we were gonna do away with comforter sets forever. The comforter sets are too hot and do not always wash well. The quilt is of course very well stitched. The only draw back it so heavy. Otherwise is very complimentary to our bedroom. I have since placed 2 more orders for quilts. We have a total of 5 quilts for the home bought from Overstock. The comforters will go to the homeless shelters come winter. Love love the "O".

This quilt is good for hot weather. It has no filling so the picture is a bit deceiving. It lays completely flat on the bed.

Prompt service, item as described. I purchased this for our Arizona house so I haven't actually used it yet which is why I only gave it four stars for comfort and overall rating. It looks great, though, and I have no doubt that I'll love it when I actually get to start using it.

Great product! I ordered this set because my husband and I sleep warm so a comforter is too much. It is hard to find quilts that are solid colors or simple patterns so when I saw the Taylor quilt set I jumped on it. Product is well made true to color and very comfortable. The price was great to when compared to anything else I had found.
