Just received this to go on the new "tempurpedic-like" mattress that I also ordered and I must say that this is a BEATIFUL and suprisingly COLORFUL ensemble. The fabric resembles that of high quality "drapery" material (silky, somewhat "slick" to the touch,very soft and plush). I absolutely LOVE it! I ordered the King ensemble and was suprised to find that it comes with 3 Euro and 3 Standard Shams in addition to 3 very generously sized accent pillows. My 10 year old said that it looks like a Godzilla sized teddy bear exploded onto my bed. I took it as a compliment:) I also order the Sateen Egyptian Cotton 630 Thread Count sheet set in "Spice" and together it looks absolutely exquisite! Needless to say I would highly recommend this set.

Very nice quality---well made---plenty of detail. The color is not cream, is more of a light green, but it worked in my bedroom. Plenty of pillows! Like the combination of the stripes and floral.

I looked at a lot of comforters and read a lot of reviews on Overstock.com before purchasing this one, and it paid off. This comforter set is perfect for our bedroom. It is truly over sized and covers the mattress and box spring down to the wood railing on our oak bed, and the end fits very well between our foot board and the matress. The overall color is a very pale gold with light green and salmon accent stitching. The back of the comforter is a neutral sand color--the salmon color would have been nicer as the back side, but with the four shams and three pillows included, not a problem. The bed skirt is a nice contrast with the gold and salmon stripes--the salmon leans toward more coral than pink--and having the stripes on two of the shams and one side of the fringed accent pillow really coordinates it with the bed skirt. The comforter is a good medium weight, and the fabric is not slick, which I like. There is also the extra nice touch of small braiding around the comforter edges and some of the shams.

I searched for a week for a new bedding set for our master bedroom makeover. This is a wonderful set. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars on apearance was because the 'salmon' color is more pink than it is orange, however we did buy the Spice colored sheets as another buyer had reccomended and because our walls are green, the hue in the room makes it so you can't tell the comforter and sheets don't match exactly. Our bed isn't made to have a bedskirt so I intend on using the bedskirt to fashion a fabric covered cornice board for our large window. Note: The Euro shams are large, I found overstuffed feather inserts (26 x 26) that filled them out at Tuesday Morning. The other shams are queen sized (not king like I had thought) and I had to get the Extra Firm pillows to fill those out. The doecorative pillows are a very nice touch!

I absolutely love the look of this comforter set. I ordered the King, 11-piece back in Feb 2010, so I've had it for around 6 months now. It still looks very nice and I would still recommend it. There are a few cons, however... 1) Dry Clean only--what a pain 2) The comforter snags easily if you have animals on the bed 3) The standard shams did not hold up well. I don't know if the pillows I used were just too full or what, but the seams split on all of the shams (where the material meets the braided "rope" edging) and then the material just unraveled. There was no saving them! Overall, I would definitely recommend this set. Just don't use overstuffed pillows in the standard shams.

Received the comforter set and thought colors were true to picture. The comforter was more silky and I was expecting something more like cotton. I am careful but I fear it may snag easily. It was a good fit for our king-size bed with plenty of length on the sides. I also like the weight of the comforter. I am still searching for the right sheets to use with the set.

This set is absolutely beautiful. I was very happy with the colors and the quality of the set. I will be changing the color of the master bedroom to compliment the colors in the bedding. Thank-you for a wonderful shopping experience.

A very good value for the dollar. I shopped locally, but it was very hard to find a king size set that was over 110 inches even in the higher price ranges. Color was not cream - I'd say celery/light mustard background, but it works well for me. Good weight, quality edging. I would have preferred two king shams in place of the 3 standard. Skirt was long enough - also hard to find. I would definitely recommend it.

Looked exactly as it did on my computer screen. Colors are right on, and fabric feels and looks like rayon instead of poly. Blends with our house throughout. I used the European shams on square pillows from my last bedding set from Overstock, and am very happy that they fit. I also used some other pillows that blend so it's pillow heaven here! Very nice set and we will probably buy our next set here too.

I am very pleased with my selection. Although when I received my comforter set I had not expected the material to be as formal. However once the set was on the bed I found that the look is stunning. The bedskirt however is way too long and I will need to make adjustments. The King Size 800 thread Egyptian sheet set was a steal at $****. I would not have been able to purchase even one sheet in a retail store. Quality is very good. I will definetly shop again through the Overstock web site.

I ordered this comforter set to go into a bedroom which I had just painted dark green. I wasn't sure from the picture about the quality when I ordered but was very pleased when it arrived. The comforter is a nice weight and it looks elegant on my king sized bed and coordinates perfectly with the dark cherry wood of my furniture and the dark green walls. It came with 3 Euro Shams which are for a pillow that is 26" square. I am still looking for this size of pillow and may have to order them on line as they are not sold at my local stores. Overall I would highly recommend this set.

I haven't updated my bedroom in almost a decade & was nervous about buying online. The colors & fabrics are really lovely. I would say the backdrop is off-white with a light hint of green. And the salmon (which is the color of flowers & main stripes) color is right on, but not over the top, with stems a nice moss green. I really loved that I didn't have to hunt down accent pillows & bed skirt to match, and the contrast of flowers & stripes are perfect. Well worth the price in my book! The only reason I gave four stars is because the comforter isn't very dense. The under cloth is very soft, but the fill is a tab bit lacking. I will just put a coordinating blanket under it to fix. Truthfully that is more preference than about quality.

I just recieved this comforter set and put it on my bed. It is really so pretty and of such high quality, I can hardly believe it. I haven't ordered from here before but certainly will do it again. I think the color is misrepresented though. It is not salmon, not even close, it is rust which is exactly what I wanted. I have light green walls and have decided to repaint after seeing the comforter on my bed. Probably will do something dark, like a rust , or dark green to make the quilt really pop. I have sage green curtains. I don't know why mine is in the brown tones and everyone else seems to say it is pink. Anyway it is just beautiful, and not only do I have no regrets, I love it.

The set is just as beautiful as in the picture. Outside of the fabric is nice and sturdy, and will easily endure my cats wear and tear. Inside the comforter is soft and comfy. The salmon colored sheets look nice and warm in the picture, but I have cool sage color that look great too. Great quality for the price. I'm definitely satisfied and happy with my purchase.

This was a great deal for the money. Color and design is classic. I have a split king and it fits great. Not crazy about the fabric on the spread but it is high quality. It is polyester and cotton but prefer the texture of something very soft but liked the design and color so well that decided to keep it.

Love the set. I couldn't believe the number of pillows included. Seldom have I ever had a set that the cover actually was large enough to cover the bed...You outdid yourself with this 'class act look'.

this comforter set is a real value for the price. The color is more vibrant than it appears in the photo. It is subtle but has more green stems and deep reddish coral flowers than you can see in the picture. In the display picture it looks very tan/beige. The fringe and cord trim is just beautiful. I bought it for my master bedroom and it looks fabulous. The texture is sort of a organza or silk feel, not cotton. I would recommend this set.

This is a great set with well made pieces but it is not a cream background. It is much closer to light lime green. I loved everything about it but it was not the right color.
