I purchased this down comforter in a king size to replace a queen size I had bought several years ago. A king size looks much better in the way it drapes over the edges more generously and no more tug-o-war for the covers during the night! The 600 fill power makes it extra warm- I am always cold and this comforter, in the flannel duvet I put it in, is perfect for the coldest nights-no extra blankets needed. (I even can sleep in short sleeves instead of a sweatshirt!) The appearance is extra fluffy too. A few minutes of shaking it out from the box, evens out the fill. Each morning it only needs a good shake or two to fluff it out to the maximum loft appearance.The fabric quality seems very nice, although it went right into a duvet cover.I was torn between a higher down fill for almost $200 more- but this comforter was a bargain and is plenty warm. I am glad I chose this product.

This comforter is even more than I expected. It isa very high quality product, and the price can not be beat. I was suprised to arrive home and find my parcel 2 days earlier than expected. Overstock is definetly a consumer concious company. I am considering purchasing several more as gifts.

Very smooshy and warm, which is what I love in a down comforter. Yes, a few feathers sneak out here and there, but overall it's great!

I really like this comforter. I took it camping with us this weekend to the mountains, where the air is really cold. It kept my husband and I really toasty. No need for extra blankets. Just that comforter.

In the picture, the comforter almost looked light blue to me. It turned out to be white, just like I wanted! It said 5-10 business days, it took 6, due to the weekend. A bit flat when you take it out of the box, but fluffed up when i put it in my duvet cover. it is super soft and comfy and the subtle dots do not show through my white duvet. Definitely what I wanted and expected in a comforter. Keeps you warm, but not sweaty!!!

This is a gift for a grandchild -- he will let me know, if it doesn't suit him. From my observation, it seems to be just what I wanted and looks to be of nice quality.

My wife loves it. Not too heavy she likes the room cold so she can curl up under warm comfortor. It is just right not so warm that you cant sleep when its hot out but keeps yu warm when its old. I even like it and I hate to have more than a sheet covering me most of the time. Better buy than I expected.

• How is the quality of the product? Very good not as thick I tought it was going to be, but thats a good thing. Not to warm but warm enough for cool nights can be used year round.

So far so good! I have only used it a couple of nights and so far I love it. I have been sleeping with a feather bed and comforter for about 17yrs now and can't imagine a night w/o one. This comforter is by far the best I have purchased for the money. Because I live in the the south we really don't need anything too thick and this is thick w/o being too heavy. This comforter, though good in weight and size, is only partially baffled, so within 2 weeks of using it the down has shifted into the edges and left the middle flat and cold. It's hard to tell in the photo or description on the web site, and even in person looks like full baffle box construction, but upon closer inspection there are small gaps in the baffling that have resulted in much more down shift than anticipated. At this stage, it just doesn't do it's job.

Love the weight of this comforter, it's so cozey, but it does nothing but leak feathers and a tremendous amount of them at that. I have thoroughly examined my blanket and there are no tears in it, the feathers seem to seep through the lining. Maybe this is a fluke, but it is quite irritating. This was an issue right from the beginning, but it is getting progressively worse. At first I thought maybe because it was new it was just remnants from manufacturing, but that is definitely not the case. I would try a different one next time.

down escapes from this duvet. :( just ordered a replacement duvet with down alternative, hopefully I will have better luck and no more fly aways! I should have returned it...but thought it would improve...too late now!

I bought this comforter thinking it would be as good of quality as the last down comforter i bought from Overstock, It's not soft as i think it should be. Overall it just OK.

We have had this comforter for a month now, and it has proven to be an excellent purchase. The comforter is wonderfully fluffy and VERY warm. It easily keeps us warm down to 62 degrees at night, and I am someone who usually needs lots of covers. We have had NO leakage of feathers from the comforter. (We use it with a duvet cover, so perhaps that helps, but there are no loose feathers under the cover either.) We have not had significant shifting of the filling so far.

I wanted to try it out for a couple of months before writing a review on the product. The comforter is pretty warm and comfortable. I purchased a duvet to place over it. Upon the first use, there were feathers everywhere. It was as if it had snowed in my bedroom the next day. I searched for any tears or holes in the comforter, and discovered that the feathers were coming out in every direction through the covers. I purchased another thick duvet to place over the first one, thinking that it would solve the problem. Even with two thick duvets over the comforter, there are still tiny feathers everywhere. The feathers cling to everything: the carpet, hair, furniture and clothing. It is a nuisance to pick up each minuscule feather off of everything. I would not recommend this comforter to anyone, unless you like waking up to feather-covered hair and wearing dark clothing that looks as if it was covered in animal fur.

I was skeptical becasue of how cheap it was, but most all of the reviews were good ,so I ordered it. Im glad becaseu I love it! When I first opened it I was like scared becaseu it seemed so flat! I didn't think it could possible poof up very much. But, it really did! After about two days it looks nice a fluffy and I love the material. Its a greatttttttt deal!

Fluffed up in about a day. Warm but not too warm. Very good value.

The fabric is nice, the comforter is warm but it's too early to tell if the down will stay in place. However it has a little smell, which I hope will go away soon. Also I find it interesting that an "expensive" comforter arrives without any product info, just the comforter itself in a bag, no name and description -like a bulk item. Basically the buyer has to trust overstock that the comforter in the bag is the one we ordered. I think this is a great buy but definitely does not worth the "original" price.

The down comforter I ordered from Overstock.com is a great product! The material is soft and the down stays well distributed!
