This is a very plain and non-fussy duvet cover, which is what I was looking for. I bought the King size for my Queen bed so that it would hang over the sides comfortably. The material is soft but was surprised it wasn't thicker. I am using 1000 thread count sheet sets to go with it and the sheet set material feels thicker and more substantial. The pillow covers are enormous and I have a hard time finding the appropriate pillows to fill it out. I have washed the duvet cover several times now and it has held up well - no discernible shrinkage or unravelling of threads, etc. But it does wrinkles easily even though I pull it out of the dryer immediately after it is done. I don't have the same problem with my sheets of a similar thread count. I am giving it a 4 stars since the material is thinner than expected and that it wrinkles so easily. Overall a good buy.

The weave is thicker than a sheet but it looks like a sheet instead of a duvet. I could iron out the wrinkles and it just looked sloppy.

This is an excellent quality product for the price. The duvet is substantial and feels very high-end. It is not super-soft after one washing, but it is soft enough and will likely get softer. The stitching and workmanship is good. It came out of the dryer and did not need ironing--- maybe a very picky person would touch it up, but really not necessary.

This duvet cover is great! It's soft and the fabric is thick and durable yet very soft. The ivory color is a tad bit darker than I thought but it's a nice color and has a nice slight sheen overall. It's a great look for a romantic yet modern/clean bedroom.

This cover is beautiful. Well worth the price. Color is spot on. I love it.

I like the sheets and the quality is good. I am happy overall and would repurchase from overstock again.

i just put it on the bed and its lovely but there are a lot of loose threads at the seems, the colour is lovely. i hope it washed well.

The 1000 thread count is substantial and super soft - the platinum color will go with a lot of my sheets and has a wonderful sheen (not shiny) just a glow about it - excellent quality and the price was great! Thanks Overstock

After a couple of washes the sheets lost their stiffness and are wonderfully soft. The deep pockets on the fitted sheet fit over my thick mattress and matress topper. However if you don't take them right out of the dryer they really rinkle. I love these sheets!

I ordered the duvet cover in platinum and am very pleased with the quality of the product. The color though is more green than platinum.

fabulous sheets, they do wrinkle easily. if this bugs you just keep an eye on the dryer cycle and if you get them out as soon as they are done they are pristine and not wrinkled.

I got the platinum color. It is like a dove gray (looks like it does online) w/ a little sheen, but after washing the sheen is not really apparent - not as shiny as it is in the picture online. It is very soft and fits my comforter well. I especially liked this duvet size b/c it is a little bigger than most standard queen duvets, so it fits my "supersized" queen down comforter. It is a nice weight, but not too hot. The only down side would be that it wrinkles easily - even if you take it out of the dryer immediately. So it looks a little sloppy on the bed if you don't iron it (which I never will). The shams are nice but really snug on the pillows - so the envelope closure kind of pops open. But it doesn't really matter b/c it's on the back so you can't see it. Overall I'm really pleased w/ the duvet mainly b/c of the large size and the gray color is perfect for my room.

This looks like a million bucks and washes like a dream...it's cotton...it wrinkles, but you can hit it with wrinkle releaser and spin it in a big enough dryer, you're good to go. the platinum color is a pewter, blue gray...not a beige gray...which is what i wanted but it's so hard to tell in those swatches. I heart overstock.

they're smooth. a bit warm (if that's your thing). i messed up on the color. don't go for the ivory color. it's not pretty. just looks beige and as if there is no cover on it... but I'll recommend the product. great quality.

Loved the sheets - Exactly what I wanted and expected. I got the sheets in platinum and they were the perfect shade of grey. Only downsides is they do wrinkle more than I would like but after a few days the wrinkles go away with just having them on the bed.

I ordered this duvet because of the high thread count and low price. It's really heavy and although it has buttons on the bottom, it doesn't have ties to hold the comforter at all and it moves around really easily. The duvet is also big to size, which makes this problem even worse. Although it is soft and seems durable, I don't think I'd recommend the purchase because of the shifting problem.

I purchased the silvery-gray color. The duvet & shamsare so thick, w/o being hot. And sooooo soft! I had paired it with the 1,500 T/C sheets, and I'm in HEAVEN every night. There is nothing like a fine quality of sheets to make a "beer" budget make you think you are on a Champagne budget!! I cannot recommend these enough!

my down comforter was way too heavy and not as soft as the bed linens I tried at one of the hotels. I wanted something soft and cozy and easy to launder. I got that and more from my duvet king size that I ordered from overstock; it is attractive, warm, soft, very affordable and easy to laundry. It met all of my requirements.

This duvet cover is luscious! I mean, wow. We have an expensive mattress, really soft sheets, and an amazing down comforter--and yet, somehow, after we put the cover on it made the bed even more comfortable. I don't understand how or why this happened, but I will not question it--I will simply bask in life's simple luxuries. We got the "platinum" color and finished the look off with white embroidered pillow shams from *****. My fiance and I could not be happier with this purchase :)
