Overall good but with some reservations
The description offered dual control but only has one remote that controls both sides of the mattress pad. This does not make sense on a king size item. Also the cords attach at the bottom and are not to be tucked under the mattress so the sheets and blanket cannot be tucked in fully. We did turn ours around so the zones do not correspond correctly but I don't have cords hanging out the bottom of the bed.

Great b/c of all the zones
Great b/c I am always colder than my husband. Love how I can make my toes warmer than my head. Didn't give 5 stars only b/c of high price (but glad I splurged).

So nice to crawl into a warm bed
Really like this mattress pad warmer. The 3 zones on each side (King) is a useful feature. I often turn on only the feet or the feet and middle. The added PRE-HEAT feature makes it really easy to have it ready when I get into bed. The only "down side" is the single remote. It is wireless which is outstanding, however, if it's placed on one side of the bed, then only one person can reach it to adjust the temperature. I think we'll place it in the middle of the bed on the headboard or something. Mine did have a scratch across the face of the "remote" when I got it. It looked like someone tried to open the package with a utility knife instead of just pulling it apart, which was very easy, to get it out of the packaging. However, that wasn't worth trying to get fixed. Works great.

Ony 1 remote controller for all sizes
First thing noticed upon unpacking was the single remote controller for both sides. Debate began on who gets to keep remote for our king sized bed on their side table. How awkward and rude in the middle of the night to reach over your spouse to gain access to controller!!! What were they thinking???? Product heated up nicely, but we couldn't turn it off during the night because the controller stopped working. It seemed to have a short, because the backlight was flickering when we moved it, then it died. I had to search out the outlet at 3 am under our bed to pull the plug.
