this is the third time I have tried to submit a review on this item. It's very pretty, the quality is good, but the color is far from silver blue. If you are looking for a silk-like set to spruce up your room, this is the one for you. However, if you order it in silver blue, expect to get silver sage green.

Beautiful! Nice elelgant quality. The color is weird. It is more of a blue-green than blue, but you will be happy. It looks great on the bed.

Love it! Couldn't be happier with it! I have had it for almost 3 years, and it looks lke I just took it out of the packaging!

This looked pretty but not soft at all. The comforter is made of very scratchy material and it snags on everything. I kept it for a few months and then gave it away. It felt almost like something you would find in a cheap hotel.

Although the color was not what I expected, the comforter was nicely made and of good quality. My room is decorated in beach motif so the embroidered starfish fits in nicely. The color is more of a green than blue and the fabric is a comfortable weight. I would recommend this comforter to anyone who loves the beach!

Loved it! Color was very rich, starfish were simply stated. I bought two queens and had them both in the same room. They look great! Three days later, someone spilled some oily suntan lotion on one of them! I sent it to the dry cleaners and it came back as good as new! Cleaned up beautifully!

We bought the silver blue for our boat - our sheets are turquoise and they go together well. I just bought the other color for our home - the silver blue was sold out. It was exactly what I was looking for. Wish that I could get pillows to match.

This set was better than the picture! The quality is excellent. Colors are deep. Starfish stand out! Love it!

despite the chatter about color, I felt it was just as the web site photo. It's a beautiful blue-green with cream colored embroidered starfish. I had just bought a new comforter & regretted not returning it to the store due to a thin lining, also a mediocre color. My Starfish comforter has a matching lining & is simply of high quality. I also like that the weight will be fine for all year. I look forward to accessorizing to follow the ocean theme.

I was actually after a light green color and this color fits the bill. I usually don't match my sheets to the comforter so the light tan I currently have on it works just fine.

I had to order 2 sets since my guest spilled a spot of water on the bedspread. It created a stain and when I attempted to spot clean it, it spread and only became worse. This product cannot be washed and must be dry cleaned only. The cost to clean it is as much to purchase a new one. Having said all that, the set really is very nice and wish throw pillows were available in the color that I chose. (Peach was the only color left. )

This set is lovely; however, as I have read on other reviews, the color is way off! Amorpha Green is NOT green at all! It is a taupe/beige kind of color, not bad, but won't work if you're going for a green.

The set is lovely. I was somewhat worried about the color based on the reviews, but my husband and I wanted a beach cottage feel, and most of the beach-themed motifs we have found are awful. This one is classy. Several reviews complained that the silver blue color is more green than blue. It is a dark greenish blue and depending on your perception of color, it is difficult to tell which color is more dominant in the mix, green or blue. It is lovely regardless, but I would recommend taking one of the shams with you when shopping for accessories. All the pieces are well made, and I especially like the zippered shams. Our comforter set arrived in 3 days in appropriate packaging. We are very pleased with our purchase.

This comforter is beautiful. I bought it for my beach house. It is more green than blue. Great value for the money.

I agree with other comments I read before ordering this product. It is a nice quality but the color is not the same as in the picture. I ordered what I thought would be a blue, but it definitely looks like a dark greenish color. Other than the color not being correct, it is a nice bedspread. If I hadn't ordered it online, I would definitely have taken it back because of the color not being what I thought I was getting, but too much hastle returning it through the mail.

Beautiful comforter glad I read the comments about the colors though! The silver color is not blue it is a beautiful sea green color, which was the color I was looking for! I love the quality, a lot nicer than I expected.

I purchased this for my beachfront condo. It is elegant without being stuffy, and it is a light enough weight for the south. The care instructions say dry clean only, but I think it would be okay to machine wash, and it's not too large to fit in a large capacity machine. My only negative is that the dimensions could be larger for a thick mattress.
