where would I be able to purchase covers for the bolster pillowes ?
These provide the perfect support for your back if you're wanting to sit up in bed; I love them! My only concern was that they were shipped poorly.. they were folded up in a box so it would fit.. One of the foam wedges still hasn't fully recovered to its original shape.. Has sort of a u-shape instead of being straight. Hopefully this will go away with time....

I ordered 2 of them but they came in different sizes. Making bolster pillow cases for them was a challenge, since I had to make 2 different templates. When they arrived, it came in a not so nice packaging. Each was stuffed in a box, so certain areas of the wedge was bent. I had to straighten them out a bit. I would give a 4 star if they arrived not so bent up.Read More

Bought this to go on the twin-sized loft bed also sold on this site (http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Popsicle-Natural-Highsleeper-Loft-Bed/6335954/product.html), and it fits perfectly at the head of the bed for my daughter to use as a reading wedge/headboard. We used 2 king pillowcases put on overlapping from opposite ends, and although it is not an ideal fit, it does the trick for our purposes since it is hard to see it up there on the loft anyway. If you wanted to use it where it would be easily seen, I don't know how you would cover it to make it look neat.Read More

How To Compare Foam Pillows

Best Pillow-top Mattresses for Back Pain
The key to a good night's sleep when you have chronic back pain is as simple as choosing a good pillow-top mattress. Choosing the best mattress involves knowledge of your personal needs and preferences. To get a comfortable night's sleep, start by choosing a pillow-top mattress made from the right materials for you. Next, choose your preferred thickness. Finally, have firm sleep support underneath the cushions of the pillow-top. Below, you'll learn the best pillow-top mattresses for back pain. Choose the materials: Pillow-top mattresses are made from a variety of materials, so choosing the one that is right for you can make all the difference in the world. People with muscle pain should consider down pillow-top mattresses, which provide a cocoon to sleep in. Those with back issues will generally prefer memory foam pillow-top mattresses, which conform to the body and offer consistent support to areas like the lower back. However, it is important to check the manufacturer's information regarding the recommended weight allowances for these types of pillow-tops. Consumers who are heavier than the recommendations may find that the pillow-top cushion compresses in uncomfortable ways, leaving the mattress lumpy. Determine the thickness: Pillow-top mattresses come in a variety of thicknesses, from just 2 inches to 8 or more inches deep. Like choosing the right materials for your pillow-top, choosing the right depth is vital to getting a good night's sleep. Thinner pillow-top mattresses will allow more of the support from the remainder of the mattress to come through and will not develop body indentations as pronounced as those in a deep pillow-top. Pillow-top mattresses that are too soft may fail to provide back support and cause an increase in back pain. However, deep pillow-top mattresses are excellent for customers who suffer from fibromyalgia or other chronic pain. Check the warranty: Just as you would with any other purchases of its size, check the warranty of your pillow-top mattress. Most manufacturers will provide limited, pro-rated replacement warranties for manufacturer's defects, and some will provide a "comfort guarantee." Others may have specific conditions that must be met in order to maintain the warranty, such as having a boxed spring by the same manufacturer. Take note of any special conditions for the warranty and keep the paperwork. View All Mattresses Back to Guides Directory View All Mattresses
Top 5 Reasons to Buy a Memory Foam Pillow
You spend a third of your life with your head on a pillow, so a memory foam pillow may be worth your attention. Memory foam has become popular in recent years as people have discovered what a difference it can make, but you don't have to invest in an entire memory foam mattress to get a great night's rest: Just a pillow can make a difference. Here are some facts that can help you find the best memory foam pillow for you.
How to Pick a Pillow
Even if you have a top-of-the-line mattress and an 800 thread count sheet set, your bed is not likely to be comfortable without the right pillow tucked under your cheek. Nothing ruins a good night's sleep like a bad pillow. Unfortunately, it's easy to underestimate the value of a good pillow. Not only do good pillows add aesthetic value to your bed, but they can also be the difference between a restful night or an aching back and neck. Pillows come in different shapes, sizes and firmness. Take a look below to learn how to pick a pillow.

While there are many mattress toppers that claim to provide comfort, latex memory foam provides a firm, durable, breathable material that relieves pain and draws you into deep, restful sleep. Check out the facts: There are five reasons memory foam with latex is a good option for you.
How to Clean Memory Foam
Memory foam pillows and mattresses are perfect for people looking to have a great night's sleep. They can help you sleep better, ease your back pain, and reduce snoring. How to Wash Throw Pillows
Part of keeping a clean house is making sure all of your decorative accessories are clean. Throw pillows covered in delicate fabrics, such as wool or silk, will have to be dry-cleaned, as will throw pillows stuffed with down or feathers. Foam-filled throw pillows with cotton covers or other washable materials, however, can be washed -- some even by machine. Nevertheless, even if a pillow appears washable, always consult the washing instruction label before attempting to wash a throw pillow -- or you may be in for an unpleasant surprise when you remove the pillow from the washing machine.
Best Mattresses for Every Sleeping Position
A mattress is one of the most important purchases you can make because you spend hours each day sleeping and rejuvenating for the next day. While shopping for a new mattress, keep in mind the typical sleeping positions you have to ensure you will find the right mattress to help with bone or joint alignment. Below, you'll learn the best mattresses for every sleeping position. Sleeping on your back: If you primarily sleep on your back, you need to find a mattress with support to prevent pain in the lower back. Sleeping on a mattress that does not have enough support causes muscle strain in the back and increases the chance you will assume a poor posture during sleep, leaving you achy in the morning. The best mattresses for this sleeping position have at least 400 to 800 14-gauge coils. Innerspring mattresses feature firm coils to support the back yet still mold to the curvature of the spine. Mattresses with box springs are ideal for those who sleep on their backs because they stabilize weight, offering back support and increasing the life of the bedding. Sleeping on your stomach: While sleeping on your stomach is comfortable, it also increases pressure and strain on parts of the body like the neck or back. Soft mattresses are the best for those who sleep on their stomachs. Look for mattresses that have 300 to 400 14-gauge coils, which will ensure the mattress is soft and comfortable. If you must use a pillow, look into buying a memory foam style, which molds to the head and neck to stabilize them during sleep. Sleeping on your side: Side sleeping is one of the most common positions on a mattress, and it may also be one of the hardest positions to shop for. Since you lay on your side, there is pressure on the shoulders and hips, which could make a firm mattress uncomfortable for sleeping. A mattress that is too soft is often not supportive enough to keep the spine in proper alignment. The ideal mattress for this position is one that has supportive coils, with a memory foam topper to provide comfort to the joints of the body. Compare the qualities of down pillows and memory foam pillows to see which will provide you with the comfort level you need.
