I was very skeptical about purchasing this pillow.I was desperate so I figured I would try it. My snoring was getting so bad, that my boyfriend could not fall asleep. I have the pillow for a couple of weeks now, and my boyfriend said there is a significant change in my snoring, it is now reduced to a mild purr, instead of a loud roar. He has no trouble falling asleep, and I no longer feel guilty about keeping him up at night.Read More
I was a bit skeptical when I ordered the Sona Pillow. I read the reviews and many said it worked great while others said it was uncomfortable and didn't stop the snoring. I was delighted to find that it stopped the snoring on the first night! My wife couldn't believe it. And it is very comfortable, as long as you are used to sleeping on your side. I highly recommend this pillow.Read More
This pillow reduced my husband's snoring significantly the first night he used it. He said it was very uncomfortable but got used to it after using it for awhile. If you are committed to reduce snoring (and sleep better in the process) use this pillow. However, over time the pillow will compact and reduce its effectiveness.Read More
I had a lot of snoring and my wife was sleeping in another room. I got the pillow and in a few days my snoring is completely gone and my wife is back in my bed and we are sleeping together again.. I am 250lbs and i tried a lot of things before but this works the best.Read More
This pillow design might work if it would hold it's shape, tried for a week, and woke up too many times to readjust it.If it were made of memory foam, would probably work better.Read More
Sona 'Stop Snoring' Pillow with Bonus Pillowcase works well but if you toss and turn this won't do it for you.Read More
This is the most fantastic invention. It literally stops individual's from snoring most of the time. One challenge though, is that it is quite hard getting used to; with persistence, it is worth the effort! This is the 5th one we have bought; we take one traveling, keep one at Mom's house, and always have a back up at hand. They are washable, but do lose shape after a few washings. They seem to last about 1 year.Read More
This is very good for people who snore but you have to be comfortable lying on your side or it won't work. I bought a few of them. One for myself, one for my husband and one for my son.Read More
I bought this for my husband, but he found it awkward to sleep on his side with his arm under the pillow as designed. It bothered his shoulder and wasn't comfortable for him. So I took it over, and began to use it as a "body pillow". I rarely sleep without it--it's perfect for snuggling. As a snore stopping device, I can't comment since my husband never used it.Read More
This is the third pillow I have bought. The first one helped my snoring greatly. the second and third pillow have not been as effective in helping my snoring. I believe it is something in the production that is causing the issue. The first pillow was firmer and held its shape well. The third one is very soft and it losing it's shape easily. I have been trying different things to keep it working but I still get hit in the middle of the nite because I am waking up my spouse. I have recommended this pillow in the past to people but as of this third pillow I am not sure I will recommend it anymore. I am not sure I will buy a fourth pillow either. We thought we had the solution but it doesn't seem so.Read More
