I bought this pillow for my mother who suffers from neck and facial spasms. She loves it. She says not only do it give her comfort for her head and neck but also her shouldersl. I ask her what she do not like about the Sona Side Sleeper Pillow; she said it is nothing she do not love .about this pillow. I am happy I chose this pillow for her

Perfect for side sleeper
I sleep only on my sides and couldn't find a pillow that would support my neck properly. This one is perfect with just enough firmness and the gusseted sides keep me where I'm supposed for the most support. My neck already feels better and expect it to improve with time. My wife says I even snore less!

Too hard!
This pillow is as hard as a brick. If you like em stiff, you may like it. Otherwise, find another pillow. It is now a couch pillow and works fine for that.
