Soft Ones Women's Snap-front Chenille Robe

I ordered my first and second chenille robes out of a ****catalog in 1988. One for me and one for mother. Had been looking for 8 years for another. This is the same weight and lenght with grippers as the first ones. YES they will shed, that is good Chenille and just part of it, wash alone. You will not reget ordering this robe. I am still wearing mine from 1988 and also my mothers who passed in 1999. Yes they are old and so comfy.

I gave this to my Mother-in-Law and she loves it. I'm really crazy about her anyway, but it never hurts to give your Mother-in-Law something so comfy and cozy. She especially loves that it is soft and has those big pockets for keeping her "stuff" with her around the house. Pockets are important for older people who must rely on canes, etc., because they cannot carry as much in their hands.

Yes-I would definitely purchase this one again...for a gift or for myself.It runs a little small--but the quality is great! The price was Fair!Order the next size as Robes need to be large & comfy! I Love to wrap myself when I sit on a cold morning with a wonderful cup of Java!My Mom had all of her Robes in chenille and it reminds me of her--especially when I snagged her Robe a lot when I was Young!Thanks Overstock for bringing back memories of my youth !****I always look for the Reviews to see what others say about the product.*****

This robe is the perfect length for a petite person...I am 5'2" and it hits me several inches below my knees...the sleeves are a 3/4 inch length. It washes up nice and soft and is VERY thick, which is good for somebody who is looking for something warm. I personally was interested in something that is not so thick but will keep it for colder weather. Caution on washing this robe...I laundered it ( the blue-green one) with my other colored clothes, which was a BIG mistake and it bled dye on the other clothes!! Launder separately!!!
